Hi, I’m Christina. I discovered my love for fitness after my son was born. In between the sleepless nights and countless diaper changes, I squatted and bear crawled my way to sanity through regular exercise. I enjoyed it so much that I became a prenatal and postnatal fitness instructor. I later obtained my Group Fitness Instructor certification through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and my Heart Saver CPR and AED certification through the American Heart Association. Prior to motherhood, I worked at the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) for nearly a decade, focusing primarily on Africa.
Since the birth of my youngest child, I’ve realized how important it is to find a community of like-minded mamas close to home. This led me to create Mama Be Strong™, an upbeat strength and conditioning workout for prenatal and postnatal moms in the Snoqualmie Valley. In addition to fitness classes, we hold free events for our members including regular weekly playdates and meet-ups with our kids, and monthly moms-only meet-ups to connect and build relationships. We also share motherhood experiences on our blog.
