Mama Be Strong™ is an upbeat full-body, strength and conditioning workout led by an American Council on Exercise (ACE)-certified Group Fitness Instructor and designed for pre- and postnatal women. Whether you’re a fitness novice or a more seasoned athlete, we provide progressions and regressions for all moms. If this is your only hour to exercise, rest assured that it will be enough to make you SWEAT and reach your personal fitness goals. Modifications are offered for pregnant mamas; postpartum mamas must be at least six weeks postpartum and have medical clearance from your physician to participate.
